Derek,
Run, don't walk, from the doors of this museum. $20K for a car in
the condition you describe is assinine. Start putting a few bucks away
each month until you've saved a couple of thousand and at that time ask
this list for hints as to where to find the "D of your dreams".
If you spend $20K for the car you describe, you'll spend at least
that much more getting it into the condition it needs to be. Trust me.
