[DML] Stainless Steel Body

I read of how the stainless steel body of the DeLorean is easy to
maintain, but I have a few questions about it. It is recommended to use
scochbrite pads to clean it. Are scotchbrite pads just sponges with a
rough textured side? Could you use steel wool on it also?
