[DML] Your thoughts on RHD Conversion

Hi everyone. As I live in Australia, if I was to purchase a DeLorean I would really have to convert in to RHD. I would have thought being rear engined all of the steering components could be moved around pretty well. I've seen lots of cars converted here, and these engineers are unbelievable, They swap everything around perfectly. So I would have thought it would be pretty easy. 
Also, did the DeLorean use the steering components from another car? I ask this because I wonder if you could use the RHD version for an easier swap.
