The problem you have is that you have a glaze on your rotors,that when you 
apply the brakes it tends to make your brakes squeal,kinda like squealing a 
chalk on a blackboard,try hand sanding the rotors on both sides until you get 
a "rough" surface
( sand untill the glaze is gone).that should do the trick.
