"Idle speed relay" is a mis-nomer - its the Idle Speed Controller that is located behind the driver seat under the wood cover. Black box with two plugs. Unplug it and see if the fuse still blows. Car will run (sort of ) without it. We've been talking about it on the list for a few weeks, but this woiuld be the first one Ive seen that causes fuses to blow. Normally they just die and the car idles wrong.
