[DML] Re: Idle Speed Regulator Problem

I wouldn't call it buzzing, but the Idle Speed Regulator should be
humming with the key on and engine off.  Everything I've heard from
them is more subtle than a buzzing sound, and should definately be
accompanied by a vibration.  Put your hand on it, you should feel it.
 Yes, it is normal.
