[DML] Idle Speed Regulator Problem

I mentioned this in my other post, but i thought i was a serious enough problem for its own thread.

when the key is in the on position the ISR buzzes, is this a normal thing? also, the hose coming from the ISR that goes into the intake, is loose and can be pulled out of the intake. i was told that this is a serious vacuum leak issue and needs to have a o-ring to seal it up. the parts book, shows the pipe, but no o-ring. where can i get the correct o-ring to seal this up?
