I have dealt with him several times. I can tell you this, I have 
never dealt with a better business man. I dont know who else would 
help install an alternator, at very minimal charge, in 100 degree 
heat. I have ordered several things, all shipped the very next day. 
If anything, he is undercharging for his parts. I will 100% 
guarantee that it is a simple overlooked mistake, and that it gets 
corrected very soon!
