I only made one purchase from John, and had a similar
"paperwork confusion" experience.

It did take some time to sort out, but it did get
done.

John has been an active member in the DeLorean
community in recent years, and I doubt he is looking
to rip you off...  Although he may have some book
keeping issues.. :)
