[DML] dash cracks

old #3513 has two cracks in the dash (flat part next to the window) 
that runs from the windshield to the edge of the dash. I am sure 
someone out there has had this problem also, short of replacing the 
dash panel has anyone found a fix for this? I can fill the cracks up 
with black silcone and smooth it out but maybe someone has a better 
repair method. The crack are about a 1/8 of a inch wide and are a 
eye sore.
