[DML] Spring rates?

Hi, 
Just wondering if anybody knows the spring rate of the lowered front 
springs and the un-compressed length as i would like to get some 
made locally here in Australia as opposed to getting them freighted 
and then taxed etc which normally makes the part cost double by the 
time it getts here! I would like to lower the car about 2 inches at 
the front and i was planning on getting the rear springs re-sett to 
lower it an inch. What is the 'normal' height the front is lowered?
