[DML] Looking For A Georgia Owner

Saturday, right before supper, I helped a new owner in the Grand
parking lot. Didn't spend as much time as I wanted. Would like to
assist further by eMail (or maybe even drive down). Don't know his
name, but this is what he looks like:
- Young
- Blond hair
- Beard on lower lip
- Black fingernail polish
- Rose tinted glasses
Car:
- 5 speed
- Georgia plates
- No A/C compressor
- Unusual idle speed motor
