Have you cleaned the negative battery ground on the frame in the engine compartment? The car routes the battery ground to the frame and then back to the engine. This frame connection will corrode (rust). That's why I routed the battery ground directly to the engine bell housing and then back to the frame with another cable. This way the starter gets a good ground connection right on the engine. Have you had the battery load tested? You could have a bad cell.
