Is it stuck even when the car is off?? There is
probably a mechanical problem in the Tach, and not an
electrical issue because it works on pulses. A broken
wire or short would cause it to stay at 0.
I had this happen to me on a non-DeLorean... I fixed
it by revving the engine real high for a second. The
needle recovered.
