No. But I did devise a way to take up slack at the lever. Using a series of
slotted washers, I was able to take up excess slack. I think Mike Cohee used
this same technique with some success as well.

I haven't investigated the lever mechanism itself yet -- does anybody
know if slack can be taken up there as well, perhaps like a
traditional parking brake cable yoke?
