It wouldn't hurt to inspect the fuel boots on the gas tank and the
connections from the fill pipe. It is also possible you have the wrong
gas cap. It happens more often than you might think. The attendant
puts your cap on top of the gas pump and inadvertantly switches it
with another car's cap on top of the pump. Also happens with credit
cards so ALWAYS check your card when they give it back to you.
