Michael, Baring no shorts, I would say the temp sensor ( otterstat ) is still something wrong there. It's a very simple break and make circuit turning on and off the relay via the coil voltage. The only other thing I could think of would be the relay sticking, but since it seems to be working ok with the AC compressor I would have to say it's ok also. Ok, here is the scenerio.... My fans turn on when the A/C is on and turn off and on with the cycling of the A/C compressor. However, when they are activated by the otterstat they stay on. The system never cools past the first mark in order for the otterstat to turn them off. It will stay at this point for hours and never overheat it just never gets cooler and the fans saty on.
