[DML] Valve covers

Hey all,

Does anyone know the recommended FT/LBS for the valve
cover screws.  Volvo sites say 9 pounds.  The spring
washers give me the idea that when the washer's flush
the bolt is tight enough.

Also, Ill be using regular gaskets from DMCH. Any
thoughts on these.
