I will have to look into that concept. The D-wire harness has a single common ground for the front, and then the rear. So I had to put both fronts on the front ground, and so on. So far it seems to be working fine, although the speakers were clipping out when I was testing the system un-mounted. Once I mounted the speakers and the head amp and tightend up the ground connections everything started working fine. However, I will check into this. The solution might be to send a direct ground to the head amp ground.
