Samuel,
Based on what your posting the control pressure is to high after 10 min and
your experiencing a lean fuel and backfire situation. Control pressure
regulator / WUR is bad and won't let the pressure drop. If you need a CIS
tester I have one to loan but is sounds like you have one.
