Thanks Joe, How do you get the inner hose over the barbs, it looks like I have to cut the old ones off., but it looks like some type of tool to get the inner part of the tube over the barbs. I saw the stainless steel hoses on John Hervy, but at $299.00, hope your talking about something else. The outer rubber doesn't do much except provide protection for this inner line and make the top of the motor look ugly. A good auto parts store can sometimes fix the hoses you have very economically by replacing the inner hoses. The problem is that in the process they have to partially slit the outer rubber hoses and the finished product usually doesn't look very good. SS braided lines are a very nice product and I recommend them. -Joe Kuchan To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnews Yahoo!
