Wow, lots of talk about hybrids. My dad just got a Toyota Carolla hybrid. 
Very impressive and funky setup it uses.

Is that 60 miles per US gallon or Imperial gallon? If you used Imperial, 
then you are only getting 50 miles per US gallon.

Another advantage to hybrids is their brakes last forever. Thanks to 
regenerative braking, the pads and hydraulics are rarely used.
