Ryan,
One thing about being old is you actually experience things. We try
to educate young people so they don't make mistakes. I have been on
the car tour circuit for many years (since 1969) and have dealt with
people like Barris.
Being one of the first person's with a BTTF car. I met a lot of people
from around the country. There is a lot of stuff the public never
knows about.
However, with Nexus charging $100 per hour for legal search fees, you
can foot the bill, not me. I have seen these cases and the legal
settlements.
You don't have to believe what I tell you is the truth. That's your
choice. But you can't ever say you weren't forewarned.
BTW. Confiscating cars for parking tickets is adminstrative law not
criminal law as you claim.
Confiscating cars for failing emission testing and then driving them is
adminstrative law not criminal law as you claim.
You show really learn about the law if you expect to avoid problems in
your life.
Bob
