It looks to me like there's some confusion about the term "Free Energy". On one hand, there's the matter of "free energy" being "getting something for nothing". This would be something beyond a perpetual motion device, which in itself, is still purely imaginative. Then there's the matter (and I think this is what the water engine is) of being a "Free-resource energy" machine. The water, in itself, being free. Hell, why would you have to pay for the water? It rains enough here. I'll just open up the gas cap whenever it does, or go across the street to the river and siphon out some free fuel. Ok, as far as the media exposure or this guy trying to get something to market, think about this. YOU saw the video, right? Heck, this is the 3rd time I've seen this water engine brought up from different sources. It seems safe to me that just getting this exposure has brought up a LOT of talk from potential consumers. Now imagine that the clip you saw was exactly the same, but with just a one difference: Contact info "And you can contact him at.. yadda yadda yadda XXX-XXX-XXX and the unit costs $XX,XXXX" I can only imagine the people who would want to contact this guy and buy a unit. Better yet, do what Chevrolet did to the Corvette in 1953, Put one in the hands of a celebrity (in their case, John Wayne). In these times, I'd probably put an engine into the hands of someone like Jeff Gordon or Dale Earnhardt Jr to gain the notoriety of "Hey, if it really works and THIS celeb has one, sign me up!" Marketing something that truly works and is a revolutionary product is not brain surgery, nor would raising the funds for production.
