If any of you have my Pigeon Forge DVD, you might remember Bob Gale 
answering the question to the audience and saying that "George Barris had 
nothing to do with the creation or design of the car used in the movie".
George did nothing more than make a replica for sale.
I have no problem with that, but to claim it was used in the movie might be 
right unless
of course George bought it from Universal and is now selling it.
