Thanks to everyone who submitted advice and numbers.
My new ballast resistor arrived today so I installed it. No change.
John Hervey sent me a new ignition ECU. No change.
(I didn't expect that to fix it, but the obvious can be eliminated)
I might also agree with Bill about a vacuum leak but the behavior
changes between coils. I'll double check though.
I'll sure be glad to get this thing on the engine analyzer this
weekend. It's really taking the fun out of the new seat covers.
