I don't normally agree with Bill {big grin} but he is
correct about the bypass screw. What I hear is that you are
supposed to back both of them off 2 turns and then adjust
the fat screw from there. Fat screw controls air that goes
through the two smaller screws.
BTW, I have a theory that the idle screws are made so that
they can be easily broken off. I think this because
ignition lock cylinder screws are made the same way. They
have a weak spot where the heads shear off as you tighten
them down.
