Actually DeLo's in desperate need of ignition tune up do have trouble in the rain. #5939 was one. PO promised a complete tune up. Obviously did not include cap & wires, because mere dew would kill the spark. Didn't even think about driving when something actually falling from sky. Of course impervious to the elements now. Wash my engine every time I wash car. If owner is having moisture problems, tell him/her to replace ignition disposables.
