No my design is based on a 2.5" x 2.5" x 0.75" block of 6061 Al through which I will drill internal passageways for the gas to run. On top of that I will mount a Thermo Electric Cooler and the biggest heatsink that will fit into the car. With a heatsink and fan off an old AMD k6 I had ice forming on the Al in about 1 min. This will take much less room than any fluid to air cooler and will be much more efficient.
