I'm sure you've replaced your filter but if you're still plugging up I'd replace it again and again and keep checking the tank for particulates as many times as necessary until it stops happening. Also, you probably buy your fuel from the same station every time. Try a different station and see if that helps. Some are careless about what gets in the ground tanks or changing fill-pump filters.
