Driver going straight thru has right of way over driver turning across. If both going straight, or either/both turning right, is non issue. BTW: Was in New Jersey couple of weeks ago. You'd love it -- traffic circles everywhere. Not proper roundabouts, but closest you'll find on this side of pond.
