[DMCForum] Re: Driving without alternator



On cars with mechanical fuel pump can drive surprising distance using
battery alone (100+ miles). Of course no headlights. Wonder if you
could drive from Autozone to Autozone, swapping batteries under
warranty replacement, until home...
