[DMCForum] setting up idle....

I posted this over the weekend as a rsponseto post but I wanted to repost
under its own heading....I here alot of people talk about "setting up" the
idle from scratch...for those of us on this side of the atlantic (the
states) can someone, like Martin, write a detailed post in somewhat
layman's terms on setting up our idle's? I can follow directions very well
and would love to tackle this and solve my (*&^% idle problem or at least
start eliminating possibilities...
