[DMCForum] DMCForum Advertising -- (was: Re: A quick little survey.)

Walt,
Ken's shows are not DML shows they are what the participants make it and
open to
all. Why stop at just posters? Set up a DMCForum info/vendor table. I'm
sure Ken
would welcome the idea. Heck, he'd even let ONE particular vendor set up a
table
if he had the balls to do so. He'd just have to get use to seeing the
Faded
Asphalt Society logo T-shirts for sale at the table beside him (he he he).

(I just had a couple brainfarts I'd like to share)

Forum Advertising Ideas: 
1) For those who use signatures - I've seen mention of the Forum make it
thru in
the body text of a mesage so why not when posting to the DML put the
Forums URL
in your signoff by your name?

2) Walt, make a window decal like Houston has on their cars e.g.
"dmcforum.com"
If the Forum ever becomes a business for you it can be a nice tax right
off

3) As mentioned above - Set up DMCForum info/vendor table at the DeLorean
Car
Show where you can inform others and sell your wares. Maybe some T-Shirts,
your
Walt TABs, etc. Martin G. make sure you guys have a table for Delorean
Motors UK!

4) Stickers always go over well. You could even add a catchy tag line
like:
"DMCForum.com - that other mailing list"
"DMCForum.com - moderate this"
"DMCForum.com - talk, discuss, fight like siblings"
"DMCForum.com - say what you want"
"DMCForum.com - no mercy for a$$ hats & fu<k chops"
"DMCForum.com - both on and off topic"
