When my engine wouldn't start, I only had between 90 and 120 psi. When I put some MMO in the tops it shot up to 150-170. I haven't measured it since I got things -properly- lubricated but according to the manual for the B28F (which I know you don't have) that's excellent. Hm. I'd be interested in measuring mine now.
