> Advance Auto had metric, but they only had one size up and one size > below 7.00x1 mm. This has been my experience. None of the local chains had 7mm kits -- not even NAPA. I looked in the yellow pages and found an industrial place that had a kit. It cost around $50 and had 10 coils. The counter guy gave me an extra 10 cuz I bought a few hundred nuts (for the trailing arm bolts). This was for a stripped out intake manifold. The hole was about twice as deep as the coil, so I used two in series. It was a pain. When I tried to use red loc-tite on the first coil, it kept binding before it got all the way in. I ruined 3 or 4 coils before I gave up using the loc-tite. I used loc-tite on the top coil and it worked fine. The coils are a stainless steel alloy. Since stainless doesn't get along well with aluminum, I figured that they would seize together eventually anyway. So no worry about having it ever back out. Walt Yahoo!
