I went ahead and bought the fuse box from Hervey. It was like $90, and was a 10x2 fuse setup. I ended up going this way because my fuse block was pretty much useless as-is. I found that the unit was really just 4 1x5 fuse block units glued together; some of which I had already bought for another application. They weren't cheap, though I can't remember how much they were... maybe $15 each?... $90 was a bit of a gouge, but I have to give him props for going through the trouble of sourcing and gluing the MFs together. I suggested a "upgrade" of the unit to a 3x6 array, but given the size of the originals, this would not be very easy. The 2x10 worked anyways with a bit of tugging, but what I have now is far superior to the melted mess it used to be. If anyone is interested in the 1x5 unit, I will take a look at the ones i bought and see if there is a name on them. I found it at my local auto parts store (one of the good ones, not autozone or those 'pep' people).
