It's probably worth trying any companies that specialise in manufacturing stainless products. Kitchens, sinks and dare I say it, urinals, are made from the stuff so their should be a number of people out there who can work on the body panels. I have a contact (in the UK) that fabricates kitches appliances from stainless and a considerable amount of the work is done by hand, he seemed to think he could work on stainless body panels without too much hassell. We are also lucky to have an owner/member of the DeLorean Owners Club in England who is a genius with stainless, he can rework dented panels, that would otherwise be binned, and they come out looking mint.
