In reality, there were NONE. DeLorean motor company hired Legend Industries to design the turbo system. All of the factory commissioned engines were built on Long Island, and were installed in some Alpines, as well as DeLoreans. Car #502 was the most well known of these cars because it was the one that made the rounds to the dealerships and got press attention. This was also the only Twin Turbo car that was complete and running when Legend closed up soon after DMC closed.
