I think your two PWCs would be fine behind the D. I tried to spin it all the way up to about 45 with no luck. Yet my friend who is only 5'2 and she weighs about 100lbs was able to do it. And she wouldn't let me forget it. I have hit the water at about 90mph and it hurt. The fastest I he wiped out on my ski and survived with out any sprains or bad burses is about 45-50mph and I was able to keep my pants around my ankles. Now I wear a wetsuit.
