Are you planning on creating your own enclosure? The most accurate sound reproduction will be had with round rather than elliptical speakers, so if you're going to start from scratch and cut holes in MDF or such board, you might as well get a round 8" rather than 6"x9". Especially make sure you have space behind them as well for beefy voice coils and magnets - at least a few inches to allow everything to "breathe". Also consider the density of the material you are mounting them into, something dense but slightly flexible if you prefer heavy bass response.
