My passenger side one is very weak.<< They are not difficult to rewind but the original design has a flaw in how the center tap gets it's ground. If you're ever inside your solenoids I suggest you bring that connection to the outside. Many of the soleniod failures I've seen are from internal corrosion to this connection. (Water gets in the unit from bad window seals.) In fact, someone recently rewound a solenoid and insulated it and then wondered why it wouldn't work. Yahoo!
