Mike, The steering wheel turns a lot easier when the car is rolling. If you try to do a 3 point turn in a tight space then it can be a full upper body workout. As for the large turning radius, there are two limiting factors. Both happen at about the same time depending on your steering rack and front alignment. As you have already found out from the new paint worn off your sway bar, it gets in the way of the tires. Someday, oh someday, I plan to get that new swaybar design a reality. And everyone warns me that I'll probably get my ass sued off for whatever reason. Oh speaking of liability, the new TABs are done and waiting to be shipped from England. The other limiting factor is the steering rack. Someone told me that it can be modified internally to increase the distance lock-to-lock, but that won't do any good while the sway bar is chronically in the way. Anyone try getting another brand steering rack to fit yet? Walt Yahoo!
