I think something is wrong with Mike's wiring. With the relay installed, the dash lights are on whenever the ignition is on. With the jumper installed, the dash lights don't work at all. The red relay box is connected properly. I checked it with an ohm meter and (if I remember correctly) it was around 5 ohms. None of the spade connectors fell out of the sockets. The problem at the relay appears to be that pin 86 is never getting power. I think it should have +12V while the headlights are on? We didn't have time to trace the problem further than that.
