Actually I prefer a manual transmission. That's why I'm more interested in VIN 10792. My future Delorean won't be a daily driver. but I would like to drive it whenenver I want (weekends etc..) Does anybody have a clue why the lambda-counter and lambda relay were removed? What is that good for? Most people prefer a manual, and they give better fuel economy anyway. If you go chipping at epoxy, be careful because broken pieces can be as sharp as a razor blade. (Ask me how I know.) My opinion is that any DeLorean that is used as a daily driver should have a full frame-off restoration to preserve the frame; though, very few people are willing to go to this much trouble.
