Ryan, Some additional thoughts: Consider whether you really want a DeLorean with an automatic transmission. Most people prefer a manual, and they give better fuel economy anyway. If you go chipping at epoxy, be careful because broken pieces can be as sharp as a razor blade. (Ask me how I know.) My opinion is that any DeLorean that is used as a daily driver should have a full frame-off restoration to preserve the frame; though, very few people are willing to go to this much trouble.
