The French has solved all the problems of management of nuclear power generation with one breader reactor supplying fuel for the whole country and converting waste in to fissionable fuel. The US has one small breader reactor in the later 70s. Regan closed it down. The US is just 40 years behind the rest of the world in this technology. Bob
