You are right, this oil rip off is all a scam.

Even  this prosecution of executives is a scam.   Let see,  if someone 
offered you $10,000,000 to spend 1 year in jail would you do it?   
Don't forget federal prisons are more like motels rather than prisons.

A lot of executive take their prison time and write books AND MAKE EVEN 
MORE MONEY.    It really is all a scam and the little guys, like us, 
all get screwed.
