Wait until January 2006 when the Enron executives go on trial, for among  
other things, allowing & creating an artificial energy & gas  shortage...remember 
the rolling blackouts in California a few years ago? 
 
When Enron secretly purchased Pacific Gas & Electric they would call  the 
power plant managers in California and tell them, "we don't have any demand  for 
5 power plants to operate today, shut down 3 and operate on 2 power plants  
just for this week"  thus creating an articical energy shortage and causing  the 
prices of energy to go up.
 
The Enron executives practically begged the  PG&E employees to take their 
401k's and put  all of their retirement money into Enron stock, when at the same 
time, those  executives were selling off huge blocks of Enron stock before 
they announced  their bankruptcy...Enron employees (some paper millionaires by 
this time)  lost everything and received anywhere between $1,000 to $1,500.00 in 
severance  packages.
 
Ken Lay, Enron CEO severance package?  Under Texas bankruptcy laws,  his wife 
is allowed to keep million's of dollars in real estate,  so just from that 
stand point they are.... 
 
I don't believe there is an oil & energy shortage. We have a refinery  
shortage to convert crude oil into gasoline.
