I admit I've had no experience with either DMCH or Grady so I can't 
comment on either, but since we're talking about vendors I would 
like to say that when it came to hand-holding and tech support, John 
at SpecialT was always there for me.  Without him and the stellar 
service he offered, I never could be buzzing around in 10440 as I am.  
Just my 2c about a great vendor experience.
